FAQ
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit upon booking of 50% of the total cost of the program. If an program is cancelled, the deposit can be used as a credit towards another date or program. Deposits are good for up to 1 year.
+What kind of space is best suited for a Mad Science special event?
An ideal assembly location would be an area with an open space for the children to sit on the floor. Mad Science special events generally work best when held indoors. For science stations, an open area that can fit all participants and the number of stations booked would be ideal.
+Do we need to provide Mad Science with any equipment?
For each scheduled show or activity station, we require an 8-foot long table to place our equipment on. Depending on the show you select, we may need access to an electrical outlet, access to a sink and/or water to rinse out and clean our glassware and other equipment after the event.
